腹腔镜治疗盆腔静脉淤血综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盆腔静脉淤血综合征的有效治疗方法。方法选择患有盆腔静脉淤血综合征的患者15例,在我院采用腹腔镜下圆韧带缩短术治疗,对其临床症状、复发率及随访资料进行了回顾性分析。结果15例病人术后全部随访6mo至1年,症状明显改善或全部消失,仅1例术后半年复发。结论腹腔镜下圆韧带缩短术治疗盆腔静脉淤血综合征创伤小、恢复快、治愈率高,是行之有效的治疗方法。Objective To study the effective surgical treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome. Methods A retrospective analysis of 15 eases of pelvic congestion syndrome who had received shortening of round ligament by laparoseope was undertaken. Results All of 15 eases have been followed up from 6 months to 12 months, most or all of the clinical manifestions of them relieved or disappeared , only 1 ease had a relapse after laparoseopie surgery. Conclusions Shortening of round ligament by laparoseope is effective to cure pelvic congestion syndrome.
