自制兔脑组织凝血活酶代替进口兔脑组织凝血活酶在ACL 3000仪器上应用的探讨

摘　　要：根据ＷＨＯ参比方法，在设定国际标准化比值相同的情况下，用已知国际敏感度指数（ＩＳＩ）的进口兔脑组织凝血活酶对自制未知ＩＳＩ的兔脑组织凝血活酶进行标定，结果表明：自制兔脑组织凝血活酶ＩＳＩ为２．４５，进口兔脑组织凝血活酶ＩＳＩ为２．４８，自制兔脑组织凝血活酶ＩＳＩ小于进口兔脑组织凝血活酶，并且对两种组织凝血活酶的敏感度、精确度、稳定性进行比较测定，结果近似，二者组织凝血活酶差异较小，证明自制兔脑组织凝血活酶可完全代替进口兔脑组织凝血活酶。According to WHO reference system,when internation standard radio is same,domestic hare-brain-tissue-thromboplostin of which ISI(internation sensibility index)is unknown is marked importhare-brain-tissue-thromboplatin of which ISI is known,and the result shows:the ISI of domestric hare-brain-tissue-thromboplastin is 2 45.The ISI of import hare-brain-tissue-thromboplastin is 2 48.The formers ISIapproximate eguates the latters ISI,and the both tissue thromboplastins is simialar in sensibility,accuracy and stability.All suggest that domestic hare-brain-tissue-thromboplastin can replace import hare-brain-tissue-thromboplastin very well.
