摘　　要：设计了基于单片机80C196KC的变极性控制逆变电源,该电源的主电路由一次逆变电路和二次逆变电路构成。一次逆变运用软开关控制技术;二次逆变采用变极性控制技术。变极性电源是一种用于铝合金焊接的新型电源。使用单片机进行波形控制,保证了焊缝成型美观。A control system based on 80C196KC for variable polarity inverter power source is designed.Inverter pow- er source main circuit is composed of primary inversion circuit and secondary inversion circuit.The primary inverter bases on soft-switching technology.The secondary inverter bases on variable polarity technology.The variable polarity power source is a kind of new power used in aluminum alloy welding.The wave of the welding is controlled by microprocessor, which gets the good performance.
