摘　　要：介绍了研制中频感应加热炉的背景和感应加热的原理,详细描述了制罐机的硬件构成和整个系统的控制示意图,以及电气控制部分的框图;给出了温度自动调节的控制原理。实践应用结果表明,该加热炉具有产品质量好、效率高、能耗低等特点。The background of induction heating furnace and the principle of induction heating were introduced,and a structure of can machine was discussed in detail. The process of control method was given out, and the scheme of temperature control was carried out as well. The running results show that the furnace is effective, of high quality and low energy cost.
