摘  要:论述了工具移动式布局大型管合缝机的设计方案,对比了工具移动式布局与工件移动式布局的特点。合理的布局设计使所研制设备获得生产效率高、操纵方便、占地少的优良性能。文中介绍了"三段作业法"的原理、作业方式。这种作业法解决了环状工具无障碍套过长杆工件时,工件的支承方式问题。"三段作业法"与工具移动式布局互为必要条件。该设备还运用了布局转换方法,进一步扩大设备的工艺范围。The design project of the large seaming machine with tool moving layout has been dissertated in this paper. The tool moving layout and the workpieces moving layout are compared. The reasonable layout makes the device having excellent performance, for example: high production efficiency, convenient operation, occupying less space, etc. The principle of the three-level work method and the working way are introduced in this paper. The three-level work method settles these problems such as the orbicular tool cannulaing the long pole without obstacle, the way to support the workpiece. The three-level work method and layout of the tool moving is necessary for each other. The device also enlarges the technical scope by using the transform between layouts.
