摘　　要：以工程技术学科的5种核心期刊组成的学科期刊系统为研究对象,统计分析该学科期刊1998—2005年的出版时滞情况,得出该学科期刊文献的平均出版时滞年代分布;在期刊平均出版时滞指标的基础上,提出了通过解决整个系统的积压稿件问题从而根本解决学科期刊系统的平均出版时滞问题的方法,为我国期刊管理部门对整个期刊系统出版的宏观调控提供了一个良好的借鉴模式。The authors collected data of publication delay of five core journals in engineering between 1998 and 2005, and obtained the year distribution of the average publication delay. On the basis of the distribution, the authors bring forward a method to solve the problems of the waiting contributions in editorial offices of these journals and discuss some questions about the publication management method of the scientific journal system.
