摘　　要：采用问卷访谈法对182名科技期刊编辑进行生存状态调查。结果表明:编辑的职业压力主要来自"目标型压力"和"心理型压力",两者互相成为因果关系。旅游是编辑普遍选择的减压方式。编辑的读书生活十分丰富,但以生活、文艺类为主,编辑知识则是在工作中边干边学得到的。The state of existence as editor beings for sci-tech journal editors was investigated using the questionnaire-visit method. The results show that the work pressure of editors originates from aiming for soliciting high-quality contributions, establishing a famous brand journal, improving the circulation of the journal, and keeping a good relationship with the leadership. Leisure and reading are basic methods to release work pressure.
