摘　　要：介绍了一种用于炮弹底座防护的电镀锌工艺。该工艺的流程包括喷砂、脱脂、酸洗、镀锌、除氢和铬酸盐钝化。采用不锈钢辅助阳极,解决了复杂空腔内难以镀上、镀层不均匀和质量一致性差等问题。A process comprising sand blasting, degreasing, pickling, Zn electroplating, hydrogen removal and chromate passivation for protecting the base of cannonball was introduced. Some problems, such as the difficulty of coating the internal wall of shape-complicated cavity, nonuniform deposit and inconsistent quality, were worked out by using auxiliary stainless steel anodes.
