摘　　要：本文给出了基于0.35μm CMOS工艺的VHFH波段宽带低噪声LC VCO的设计。并提出了一种新的自动幅度控制电路:电荷泵式自动幅度控制电路(CP_AAC)。测试结果表明:该VCO在全波段相位噪声低于-79dBc/Hz@10kHz,而且CP_AAC对VCO相位噪声的影响低于1dB。A wide-band low noise VCO in VHFH is designed and fabricated by 0.35pm CMOS process. In addition, a new automatic amplitude control circuit, charge-pump AAC（CP_AAC）, is presented. Test result shows that VCO phase noise is below -79dBc/Hz at 10kHz on the whole tuning range and the effect of CP_AAC to phase noise is below 1dB.
