血栓通注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨血栓通注射液(有效成分为三七总皂甙)治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:48例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者被随机分为血栓通注射液治疗组(A组)和常规治疗组(B组),两组均进行UAP的常规治疗,A组加用血栓通注射液静脉滴注,治疗2周。观察两组临床疗效,以及治疗前后血浆中纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)及抑制物(PAI)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(SICAM-1)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化。结果:①A组的临床疗效显著高于B组(P<0.05);②治疗后A组tPA水平明显升高,PAI水平明显降低(P均<0.01),而B组tPA、PAI治疗前、后无明显的变化;③两组的SICAM-1、CRP水平治疗后明显降低(P<0.01),A组降低的幅度较B组更显著(P均<0.01)。结论:血栓通注射液治疗UAP疗效肯定,且可以改善纤溶活性及减轻炎症反应。　Objective：To study the clinical effect of Xueshuantong injection on unstable angina pectoris.Methods：Forty-eight cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly and averagely divided into xueshuantong injection treatment group（group A）and routine treatment group（group B）.The levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor（PAI）,soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1（SICAM-1）and C-reactive protein（CRP）after two weeks treatment in two groups were observed.Results：The total effective rate was significantly higher in xueshuantong injection treatment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The tPA level significantly increased and the PAI level decreased（P〈0.01 all）after treatment in group A,but tPA and PAI no significantly change（P〉0.05）.Levels of SICAM-1,CRP all decreased（P〈0.01）in two groups,but the decrease degree of SICAM and CRP of group A was more than those of group B（P〈0.01 all）.Conclusion：Xueshuantong injection is an effective drug for UAP,and it may obviously improves fibrinolytic activity and relieves inflammatory reaction.
