灯盏花素治疗老年心血管病人早期肾损害的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏花素素注射液治疗老年心血管病人早期肾损害的疗效及意义。方法:70例有早期肾损害的老年心血管病患者被随机分为两组:基础组(严格控制血压、血糖、血脂水平),治疗组(在基础治疗基础上予灯盏花素100mg/d静脉输液),疗程20d。治疗前、后检查血压、血糖、血脂、24h微量白蛋白尿,并观察药物不良反应。结果:两组治疗后24h微量白蛋白尿(MAN)较治疗前均有所降低(P<0.05～<0.01),但治疗组下降更显著(P<0.05)。两组均未发现肝、肾功能损害,无特殊不良反应发生。结论:在严格控制血糖血脂血压的基础上,应用灯盏花素可短期内显著减少老年心血管病患者的尿微量白蛋白。　Objective：To evaluate the effect of Breviscapine on mild renal dysfunction in aged patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods：The 70 aged cardiovascular disease patients with mild renal dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was infused with Breviscapine 100mg every day based at routine treatment（controlling blood pressure and blood glucose）.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The microalbuminuria（MAN）were detected before and after treatment.The side effects were recorded.Results：After treatment,the MAN level decreased（P〈0.05～〈0.01）in both groups.Compared with control group,the level of MAN in treatment group more decreased（P〈0.05）.There were not obviously side effects.Conclusion：On the base of controlling blood pressure and blood sugar,Breviscapine can reduce MAN in aged patients with cardiovascular disease.
