摘  要:在玉米与茎腐病菌-肿囊腐霉菌互作中,外源补充钙离子显著提高了感病玉米品种茎部可溶性糖含量和防御酶系活性;减钙处理则显著降低抗病品种茎部可溶性糖含量和防御酶系的活性。同时,可溶性糖含量与玉米防御酶系活性也存在着极显著的相关性。钙离子和可溶性糖在玉米与病菌互作中,协同调节寄主的防御反应。The content of sugar and activities of defensive enzymes in susceptible cuhivars could be increased in the interaction of host - pathogen when host was treated with Ca^2+, the same result was also sup from resistant cuhivars, in which contents of sugar and activities of defensive enzymes were ported by removing Ca^2+parallel decline as decrease of Ca^2+ content in the host plants. Furthermore, there was very significant correlation between soluble sugar content and defensive enzyme activity in different cuhivars. Ca^2+ and soluble sugar operated collectively the defensive reaction in corn against Pythium inflatum.
