摘　　要：根据21世纪医学人才培养要求及民族医学院校实际,从学校的办学定位、人才培养目标、专业设置、教学组织设计、课程结构、教育教学方法、质量监控等方面对人才培养模式进行了大胆有效的探索和实践。旨在培养具有创新精神,符合民族地区医疗卫生需要的高级医学人才。According to the requirement for qualified personnel in 21st century and the actuality of minority medical colleges, an efficient exploration on the orientation of college- running, the goal of qualified personnel cultivation, the setting of the ma- jors, the design of teaching organization, the structure of curriculum, the methods of teaching and learning, the supervision of teaching quality and so on are carried out to cultivate the advanced creative medical personnel to meet the need of medical treatment and sanitation in minority regions.
