摘　　要：以上海正大广场变电站计算机监控系统的开发与应用为例,介绍了新型遥测遥控继电器的软、硬件组成及其应用。该监控系统实现了现场仪表和微机设备在变电站监控系统中的通信,为现场信息如何进入上位机和系统提供了应用范例。The hardware and software configuration of relay of remote control and remote measurement were introduced.Its application in the SCADA system were analyzed according to the development and application of Shanghai Zhengda Square SCADA system of transformer substation.It realized the communication between the control system and some field devices.
