摘  要:研究了0、10、20、30、40、50、100mmol/L碳化二亚胺室温下改性脱细胞猪真皮基质的基本性能。研究结果表明,随着EDC浓度的增高,自由氨基含量递减,收缩温度递增,并趋于一定值,产生了交联效应;表面接触角基本增大,吸水率和保水率趋于降低,表明改性后亲水性能有所降低;扫描电镜和孔率测定表明,不同浓度EDC改性对孔率未产生显著影响;断裂伸长率降低,材料脆性增强;抗张强度先随浓度的增加而升高,增至一定程度,强度变化较小,此后随浓度进一步升高而强度趋于降低。当浓度为30mmol/L时具有最高的反应速率和较好的综合性能。 Freeze-dried procine acellular dermal matrix were crosslinked with increasing concentration of 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide(0mmol/L,10mmol/L,20mmol/L,30mmol/L,40mmol/L,50mmol/L,100mmol/L) in room temperature.Their properties were determined.The results show that,with the increasing of EDC concentration,free amido reduces,shrinkage temperature increase and tend to a certain value.These show the effects of cross-link.And the reducing of hydrophilic property of the modified ADM are indicated by the reducing of bibulous rate,holding water rate and the increasing of contact angle.SEM and determining of porosity show that porosity of the material isn't different basically while modifying by different concentration of EDC.The increasing of brittleness is proved by the reducing of elongation at break.Ultimate tensile strength is increasing in low concentration,balancing in middle concentration and decreasing in high concentration.The best reaction rate and better compositive properties is achieved while the concentration of EDC is 30mmol/L.
