摘  要:目的了解大肠埃希菌(ECO)新的氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因存在状况。方法用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法对34株分离自患者的ECO进行aac(6′)-Ⅰb、aac(6′)-Ⅱ、aac(3)-Ⅰ、aac(3)-Ⅱ、ant(3″)-Ⅰ、ant(2″)-Ⅰ等6种氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因检测研究。结果34株ECO中氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因aac(6′)-Ⅰb阳性8株(23.5%)、aac(3)-Ⅱ阳性27株(39.4%)、ant(3″)-Ⅰ阳性3株(8.8%),其余基因均阴性。结论氨基糖苷类高耐药性与氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因高检出率(85.3%)有关;在同一所医院的ECO中同时检出aac(6′)-Ⅰb和aac(6′)-Ⅰb-cr两种亚型,为国内外首次报道。OBJECTⅠVE To detect novel resistance genes encoded aminoglycoside-modifyi:ng enzymes from clinical isolates of Escherichia coll. METHODS All isolates were subjected to polymerase chain reaction(PCR) assays targeting aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes genes including aac(6')-Ⅰ b,aac(6')-Ⅱ , aac(3)-Ⅰ , aac(3)-Ⅱ , ant (3")- Ⅰ and ant(2")- Ⅰ . RESULTS Ⅰn thirty-four strains of E. coli, aac(6')- Ⅰ b were detected in 8 (23.5%), aac (3)- Ⅱ in 27 (39.4 ~A ), ant (3")- Ⅰ in 3 (8.8 %), and others were negative. CONCLUSⅠONS This study showed that high resistance to aminoglycosides was related to high positive rate (85.3%) of aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes genes in E. coli~ and it was also first reported that both aac(6')- Ⅰ b and aac(6')- Ⅰ b-cr were detected in clinical isolates of E. coli only from a hospital.
