摘　　要：针对高校土地与房屋管理中的业务特点及需求,设计开发了土地与房产管理信息系统:基于ArcSDE与SQLServer2000设计建立空间数据库;基于ArcIMS和ASP.NET,开发图形分布平台,实现了图属互查、统计分析等功能;基于ASP.NET开发属性数据管理系统,实现属性数据的实时编辑更新。Aiming at the peculiarities and requests of colleges and universities, this paper designed and developed land and house management system： built spatial database based on ArcSDE and SQL Server2000; developed figure releasing platform based on ArcIMS and ASP. NET, which realized the query of figure information and attribute information between each other, and statistic analyzing functions and so on; developed attribute data management system based on ASP. NET, which realized the function of editing and updating attribute data at real time.
