摘  要:目的:探讨大气混合污染物对大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中干扰素γ(IFN-γ)与Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CC16)水平的影响。方法:将32只Wistar大鼠随机分为3个实验组(1d组、7d组及30d组)和1个对照组。实验组大鼠分别进行PM10颗粒物和SO2、NO2、CO染毒;对照组大鼠注入生理盐水及吸入正常空气。分别测定大鼠BALF中IFN-γ和CC16含量。结果:与对照组相比,1d组、7d组大鼠BALF中CC16水平明显下降(P<0.01),IFN-γ水平有先升高后下降的趋势。结论:大气混合污染物导致的急性肺损伤可能由炎症反应失衡所致;BALF中CC16水平可作为急性肺损伤的指标之一。Objective: To explore the levels of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and Clara cell secretory protein 16 (CC16) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of rats exposed to mixed air pollutants. Methods: Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 experiment groups (1-day group,7-day group,and 30-day group) and 1 control group. The rats in 3 experiment groups were intratracheally instilled with PM10 particulate and statically inhaled the mixed air of SO2,NO2,and CO,respectively. The rats in control group were treated with normal saline and normal air. The levels of IFN-γ and CC16 in BALF were measured. Results: The level of CC16 in 1-and 7-day groups were significantly lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.01). The level of IFN-γ in experiment groups increased and then decreased. Conclusion: Acute lung injury induced by mixed air pollutants is probably due to the imbalance of body's inflammatory responses,and CC16 level in BALF may be one of the important markers for acute lung injury because of its anti-inflammatory effects.
