摘  要:目的:检测正常儿膀胱颈部和顶部的P2X受体亚型mRNA的表达情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法:提取正常儿膀胱颈部和顶部的总mRNA,以β-actin为内参照,采用RT-PCR方法检测P2X受体各亚型mRNA在膀胱中的表达情况。结果:膀胱颈部和顶部均发现了P2X受体的7种亚型mRNA表达。颈部及顶部受体亚型的表达水平顺序分别为:P2X7>P2X1>P2X4>P2X3>P2X2>P2X5>P2X6和P2X4>P2X2>P2X1>P2X3>P2X7>P2X5>P2X6。结论:正常儿膀胱内有P2X受体的7种亚型mRNA表达,提示P2X受体亚型对膀胱感觉和运动功能的调节作用具有深入研究的价值。Objective: To evaluate the mRNA expressions of P2X receptor subtypes in the bladders of normal newborns and to explore their clinical significance. Methods: Total mRNA was extracted from the neck and dome of the bladders of normal newborns. The mRNA expressions of P2X receptor subtypes in the bladder tissues were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,using β-actin as internal control. Results: The mRNA expressions of 7 P2X receptor subtypes were found at both bladder neck and bladder dome of normal newborns. The expression levels of 7 P2X receptor subtypes decreased from P2X7 to P2X1 to P2X4 to P2X3 to P2X2 to P2X5 to P2X6 at bladder neck and from P2X4 to P2X2 to P2X1 to P2X3 to P2X7 to P2X5 to P2X6 at bladder dome,respectively. Conclusion: Seven P2X receptor subtypes are expressed in the bladders of normal newborns. It is worthy of further studying the role of the P2X receptor subtypes in the sensory and motor functions of bladder.
