摘  要:目的研究木蹄层孔菌乙醇提取物(EEF)的体内抗肿瘤活性及其对荷瘤鼠免疫功能的影响。方法建立ICR鼠S180肉瘤模型,EEF 3个剂量组灌胃给药,10天后计算抑瘤率、脾指数、胸腺指数及EEF对荷瘤鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、脾细胞抗体生成能力和NK细胞活性的影响。结果100、250、500 mg.kg-1.d-13个剂量组的抑瘤率分别为38.5%、41.6%、59.5%,均能提高荷瘤鼠的脾指数,增强荷瘤鼠的淋巴细胞转化能力,脾细胞抗体生成能力,NK细胞活性。结论EEF有明显的体内抗肿瘤活性。Objective To study the anti - tumor effect of ethanol extract of Fomes fomentarius (EEF) in vivo and its influence on immunological function. Methods ICR mice carrying S180 sarcoma were given three different doses of EEF. Ten days later, the tumor -inhibitory rate, spleen index, thymus index, the ability of splenic lymphocyte transformation, the formation of antibody in splenic cells and the activity of NK cells were observed. Results The inhibitory rates in the groups treated with EEF 100, 250 and 500 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 were 38.5% , 41.6% and 59.5% , respectively. The medicine could also obviously enhance the spleen index, promote the splenic lymphocyte transformation, the antibody formation in splenic cells and the activity of NK cells. Conclusion Extract of Fomes fomentarius has obvious anti -tumor ability in vivo.
