摘 要:以板翅式换热器的质量为目标函数,以换热器芯体外形尺寸和冷热两侧翅片参数为优化变量,分别采用改进遗传算法和基本遗传算法对其结构尺寸进行优化设计。结果表明,与原始数据相比,换热器的质量明显减小,同时证明改进遗传算法的有效性和先进性。A modified genetic algorithm and simple genetic algorithm were used to optimize the structure size of plate-fin heat exchanger(PFHE). According to different requirements of design, the weight of the PFHE could be taken as object(target) function by GA. The dimensions of PFHE and the parameters of two sides' fins should be optimized. Compared with the designed results, it showed that the weight of PFHE optimized in this work was reduced obviously and the validity and advantage of the modified genetic algorithm was proved. This method was universal and could be used for different optimum design of PFHE.
