摘  要:目的:HPLC-UV指纹图谱,为科学评价与有效控制酸枣仁药材质量提供新方法。方法:收集14个产地酸枣仁药材21批,采用HPLC-UV法测定其指纹图谱。色谱条件:C18柱,乙腈-0.1磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长203nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35°C。结果:建立了河北道地酸枣仁药材HPLC-UV指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地酸枣仁药材进行了相似度比较。结论:本法简便准确、结论可靠,可用于不同产地酸枣仁药材的指纹图谱测定和质量评价,为有效控制酸枣仁药材的内在质量提供了实验依据。AIM: To establish a fingerprint analysis method for identification and quality control of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae of Hebei Province with HPLC-UV. METHODS : Twenty-one batches of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae samples were collected from 14 places and were analyzed with the developed HPLC-UV fingerprints method. The HPLC separation was performed on a C18 analytical column by gradient eluted with a mixture consisting of acetonitrile and 0. 1% H3PO4 at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. The temperature of column was at 35 ℃. RESULTS: The mutual mode of HPLC-UV fingerprints was set up, and the similarity to the crude drugs of different producing areas were compared. CONCLUSION: It was simple and quick to identify Semen Ziziphi Spinosae from different sources based on the method, and could be used as a quality control for Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.
