尿血合剂治疗原发性肾小球性血尿33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察尿血合剂(地锦草)治疗原发性肾小球性血尿的临床疗效。方法:将63例此类患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用尿血合剂,对照组用血尿安胶囊,治疗8周后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效27.3,总有效率为84.9;对照组显效23.3,总有效率为83.3。两组的显效率及有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:尿血合剂作为新药是治疗原发性肾小球性血尿的有效药物。AIM： To observe clinical curative efficacy of Niaoxue Mixture （Herba Euphorbiae humifusae） on primary glomerular hematuria. METHODS ： 63 cases were randomly divided into two groups. 33 cases were treated with Niaoxue Mixture and remaining 30 cases were treated with Xueniaoan Capsule. To judge the clinical curative efficacy after 8 weeks. RESULTS： The obvious effective rate of treatment group was 27.3%, total effective rate was 84.9% ;the obvious effective rate of contrast group was 23.3% ,total effective rate was 83.3%. There was no significant difference between two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION： Niaoxue Mixture has a good effect on treating primary glomerular hematuria as new medicine.
