摘  要:目的:探讨肠胃清(黄芪、党参、白术等)逆转肿瘤多药耐药的作用机制。方法:制作肠胃清药物血清,观察药物血清对多药耐药细胞KB-A-1P-糖蛋白ATP酶活性及MDR1基因转录水平的影响。结果:肠胃清药物血清对P-gp的ATP酶活性具有抑制作用,并呈剂量依赖性;2.5和5药物血清对MDR1基因转录水平的抑制作用分别达到了58和100。结论:肠胃清逆转肿瘤耐药与其抑制P-gp的酶活性、降低MDR1mRNA表达有关。AIM: To explore the mechanism of reversal action of Changweiqing oral liquid( Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis, Rhizoma Atracty lodis macroce phalae,etc. ) on malignant cell multidrug resistance. METHODS: Blood srum containing Changweiqing was made and its effect was observed on P-glucoprotein ATPase activity and MDR1 genetic transcription in KB-A-1 cells. RESULTS: Blood serum containing Changweiqing could inhibit Pglncoprotein ATPase activity with dose dependence ;2.5% and 5% of drug serum could decrease the level of MDR1 genetic transcription by 58% and 100% respectively. CONCLUSION: The reversal action of Changweiqing oral liquid has related with its depressant effect on P-glueoprotein ATPase activity and MDR1 genetic transcription.
