摘  要:目的:研究香砂和胃丸(木香、香附、砂仁等)对芬氟拉明厌食模型大鼠胃分泌功能的影响。方法:给大鼠连续8d以15mg/kg的剂量灌服芬氟拉明,制造厌食大鼠模型,并连续灌胃给予香砂和胃丸8d后,测定大鼠的胃液分泌量、胃液酸度、总酸排出量及胃壁结合黏液量。结果:香砂和胃丸可改善饮食抑制药芬氟拉明所致的大鼠胃分泌紊乱,表现为:(1)香砂和胃丸0.75g/kg和1.5g/kg可对抗芬氟拉明所致的胃液分泌量和总酸排出量降低,其中小剂量组作用显著(P<0.05)。而香砂和胃丸3.0g/kg可抑制胃液分泌,但与模型组比较无显著性差异。(2)香砂和胃丸各剂量均可不同程度地对抗芬氟拉明引起的胃蛋白酶活性降低,但与模型组比较无显著性差异。(3)香砂和胃丸各剂量均可显著增加胃壁结合黏液量,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05~0.01),其中3.0g/kg的作用优于1.5g/kg和0.75g/kg。结论:香砂和胃丸具有调节胃分泌、促进消化和增强胃黏膜屏障功能的作用。AIM: To explore the effect of Xiangshahewei Pill (Radix Aucklandiae, Rhizoma Cyperi, Fructus Amomi,etc. ) on secretion in anorectic rat model induced by Fenfluramine. METHODS: Anorectic rat model was induced by Fenfluramine in dose of 15 mg/kg for 8 days. Xiangshahewei Pill was administered orally to the rats also for 8 days. The volume of gastric juice,total gastric acid, mucus, acidity of gastric acid and activity of pepsin of rats were measured. RESULTS: Xiangshahewei Pill could improve the turbulence of gastric secretion in anorectie rat induced by Fenfluramine. Xiangshahewei Pill in dose of 0.75 g/kg(P 〈0. 05) and 1.5 g/kg could antagonize the effect of Fenfluramine by increasing the volume of gastric juice and total gastric acid. Xiangshahewei Pill in dose of 3 g/kg could reduce the gastric secretion without statistical significance. Xiangshahewei Pill of all dosage antagonized the reducing activity of pepsin without statistical significance compared with the model rats, but could markedly increase the volume of gastric mucus combining to the gastric wall(P 〈 0.05 - 0.01 ), group of 3.0 g/kg got the superior result. CONCLUSION: Xiangshahwei Pill could regulate the gastric secretion, facilitate digestion and enhance the barrier flmction of gastric mucosa.
