摘　　要：在研究国内外现代数控系统发展现状的基础上分析新的数控技术标准STEP-NC及其智能化特性,突破传统的ISO 6983数控标准的局限性,实现ISO 14649数字控制模型标准。基于该标准,论述实时动态、具有全闭环结构控制体系的智能集成计算机数控系统的构架和实现的关键技术。Based on the research on the status quo of development of modern CNC system at home and abroad, the new NC standard STEP-NC and its intelligent characteristics are discussed in detail. Breaking through the limitation of the traditional ISO 6983 standard, the new ISO 14649 NC model standard is implemented. Based on this new standard, the real-time dynamic condition, architecture and key techniques of the intelligent integrated CNC system with closed loop control features are presented.
