摘  要:研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定镀锌钢板中痕量杂质元素铬和铅,可测定低至10-5%数量级的痕量铅和铬。用国家标准物质验证了方法的准确度,测定值与标准值吻合,回收率为95%~106%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=7)。High-resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was applied to the determination of trace amounts of lead and chromium in zinc-plated steel plate. Contents at order of magnitude of 10 s % (mass percentage) can be determined by this method. In the application to the analysis of some standard samples, results found were in consistency with the standard or known values. Test for recovery was performed, the results obtained were in the range from 95% to 106%. Precision was also tested, and values of RSD's (n=7) obtained were less than 5%.
