摘 要:在碱性介质中,环丙沙星对鲁米诺-KIO4-Co2+反应体系产生的化学发光明显地受到抑制,且化学发光强度的抑制强度与环丙沙星的浓度成正比关系。基于上述现象,提出了环丙沙星的流动注射-化学发光测定法。环丙沙星的质量浓度在3.0×10-7~1.0×10-5g.L-1之间成线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-7g.L-1。对浓度水平为1.0×10-6g.L-1的盐酸环丙沙星进行11次平行测定,得到RSD(n=11)值为2.7%。应用此方法分析了环丙沙星药片,所得结果与按中国药典方法所得测定值保持一致,回收率试验的结果在98.5%~101.2%之间。It was found that in an alkaline solution, chemiluminescence, produced by the reaction system of luminol-KIO4-Co^2+, was remarkably inhibited by the presence of ciprofloxacin, and the magnitude of decrease of chemiluminescence intensity was found to be directly proportional to the concentration of ciprofloxacin. Based on these facts, a method of FI-chemiluminescence determination of ciprofloxacin was proposed. Linearity was kept in the range 3. 0 × 10^-7 - 1.0 × 10^-5 g · L-1 with a detection limit of 2. 0 × 10^-7 g · L^-1. Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 1.0× 10^-6g · L^-1 and the RSD's (n= 11) found was 2.7%. The proposed was applied to the analysis of ciprofloxacin tablets, giving values of recovery in the range 98. 5% - 101.2%, and the analytical result obtained was in conformity with the result obtained by the method of chinese pharmacopoeia.
