摘  要:在对零件结构和工艺特点进行分析的基础上,选用复合冲压工艺方案,在一副模具中完成落料、拉深、冲孔和翻边等4道工序。冲制的零件外观平整,达到了产品要求,降低了模具成本,提高了生产效率,保证了产品质量稳定性。介绍了该复合模的结构特点、设计思路、应注意的问题和装配工艺性。On the base of the analysis of the characteristics of structure and technical feature of the parts, the method of multi-stamping, which could finish the working steps including inputting, stretching, punching and drawing in one mould, was adopted in the research. The parts with a smooth surface produced by this method can meet the product requirement, reduce the die cost, raise the production efficiency and stabilize the product quality. The composite die structure feature, designing idea and possible problems in assembly process were introduced.
