摘 要:利用合成的十七烯基胺基双环咪唑啉衍生物封端聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丙二醇醚线型聚氨基甲酸酯合成了双环咪唑啉衍生物封端聚醚。用双环咪唑啉衍生物封端聚醚作为降摩阻剂,对苏丹六区原油流动阻力、表面吸附力以及粘度进行实验室评价,考察了其降摩阻性能。结果表明,在不同水含量原油中加入200μg/g降摩阻剂时,50℃下原油的流动阻力下降率为40%~80%。讨论了原油降摩阻剂的降摩阻机理。A bicycloimidazoline derivative terminated polyester was synthesized by using the 17-alkenyl bicycloimidazoline derivative terminated linear polyurethane as the raw material, which could be used as the frictional resistance reducer of crude oil. The friction properties of the reducer were investigated through evaluation of flowing resistance, surface superficial adsorptive and viscosity of Sudan six area crude oil. When the reducer of 200 μg/g was added into the crude oil with different water contents, the flowing resistance reduction of 40%- 80% was caused at the temperature of 50℃. The mechanism of frictional resistance reducer was discussed.
