摘  要:目的探讨制首乌、北沙参、紫丹参抗晶状体氧化损伤的作用机制。方法用D-半乳糖皮下注射,将2月龄大鼠制成衰老模型,然后用制首乌、北沙参、紫丹参3味药灌胃,40 d后检测衰老大鼠晶状体组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(gluta-thione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(maleic dialdchyde,MDA)的活力和含量。结果中药治疗组晶状体中GSH-Px、SOD的活力较衰老模型组明显增加(P<0.01),MDA的含量较衰老模型组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论制首乌、北沙参、紫丹参3味药联合应用具有抗晶状体氧化损伤的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Radix Polygonum Muhiflorum Preparata, Adenophora paniculate and Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae on inhibiting oxidative damage of lens. Methods Aging models were made by hypodermic injection of D - galactose into the 2 -month -old rats'back of the neck. Give the rats gastric infusion with the decoction of Radix Polygonum Multiflorum Preparata, Adenophora paniculate and Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae at the same time. The activities of glutathione peroxidase ( GSH -Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and maleic dialdchyde (MDA) in the aging rats treated with Chinese herbs was detected after 40 days. Results The activity of GSH - Px and SOD in herbs cure group increased significantly compared with senile model group(P 〈 0.01 ), and the content of MDA in herbs cure group decreased significantly compared with senile model group( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The combinated application of Radix Polygonum Muhiflorum Preparata, Adenophora paniculate and Radix salviae miltiorrhizae play the notable role on antioxidant damage.
