广藿香挥发油止咳化痰药理实验的研究

摘　　要：目的研究广藿香挥发油的止咳、化痰作用。方法采用小鼠氨水引咳法观察止咳作用;用小鼠酚红排泌法观察化痰作用。结果广藿香挥发油能明显延长引起半数小鼠咳嗽的氨水喷雾时间(EDT50),能促进小鼠气管酚红的排泌。结论广藿香挥发油具有明显止咳、化痰作用。Objective To observe the antitussive and expectorant effects of the extract from Pogostemon cablin（Blanco） Benth. Methods The model of cough induced by ammonia liquor spray in mice was used to observe the antitussive effect; the model of phenel red execretion in mice was used to observe the expectorant effect. Results The extract from Pogostem on cablin（Blanco） Benth. could inhibit the cough induced by ammonia in mice and increase phenol red output of trachea in mice. Conclusion The extract from Pogostemon cablin（Blanco） Benth. has a significant antitussive and expectorant effects.
