摘  要:目的研究蛇菰科筒鞘蛇菰Balanophora involicrataHook.f.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析,Sephadex LH-20,制备型薄层层析(PTLC)等技术手段分离纯化单体,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从筒鞘蛇菰的石油醚和醋酸乙酯萃取部分,共分得8个化合物,即松柏苷(coniferin,Ⅰ),甲基松柏苷(methylconiferin,Ⅱ),4-O-β-D-葡萄糖吡喃型-松柏醛(4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl coniferyl aldehyde,Ⅲ),羽扇豆醇(lupeol,Ⅳ),乙酸羽扇豆醇酯(lupeol ac-etate,Ⅴ),β-香树脂醇(β-amyrin,Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷(β-sitosterol glucoside,Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分得。Objective The chemical constituents of Balanophora involucrate Hook. f. were studied. Methods Constituents were separated and repeatedly purified by means of column chromatography on silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative thin layer chromatography. Their structure was elucidated by spectral analysis. Results From the petrol ether and ethyl acetate ex- tracts, eight compounds were obtained, their structures were elucidated as : coniferin (Ⅰ ), mehtylconiferin ( Ⅱ) ,4-O-β-D-glucopyransyl coniferyl aldehyde(Ⅲ), lupeol( Ⅳ) , lupeol acetate( V ) , β-amyrin ( Ⅵ) ,β-sitosterol ( Ⅶ ) ,β-sitosterol glucoside (Ⅷ) Conclusion Compound m was obtained from this plant for the first time.
