摘 要:目的制备氢醌脂质体并测定含量及包封率。方法采用蒸发超声法制备氢醌脂质体,高效液相色谱(HPLc)法检测氢醌含量及包封率。结果色谱条件下氢醌与辅料、溶剂峰分离良好,氢醌在5.0—50.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好。3组氢醌脂质体包封率分别为83.26%,89.13%,80.75%。结论氢醌脂质体制备工艺可行,质量控制方法简单、准确。Objective To prepare and determine the content and entrapment efficiency of Hydroquinone liposome. Methods Hydroquinone liposome was prepared by evaporating and ultrasound method, determined the concentration and the entrapment efficiency of Hydroquinone liposome by HPLC. Results Hydroquinone had a good linear relationship in a range of 5.0 -50.0 μg/ml. The entrapment efficiency of Hydroquinone liposome in three groups reached 83.26% , 89.13% , 80.75% respectively. Conclusion The technology of preparing Hydroquinone liposome was feasible and the method of quality control was simple and accurate.
