摘 要:目的考察双黄连注射液与注射用头孢噻肟钠、注射用头孢曲松钠、注射用乳糖酸红霉素、盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液这4种注射液配伍后不溶性微粒的变化,指导临床合理配伍。方法利用GWF-5 J型微粒分析仪分别计数上述配伍后≥5μm,≥10μm,≥12μm,≥20μm,≥25μm,≥50μm的不溶性微粒数,并进行比较。结果4种抗生素与双黄连注射剂配伍后的不溶性微粒超过《中国药典》标准,双黄连注射液与注射用头孢噻肟钠、盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液配伍后的不溶性微粒≥5μm,≥10μm,≥12μm,≥20μm,≥25μm,≥50μm的不溶性微粒明显多于配伍前。注射用头孢曲松钠、注射用乳糖酸红霉素这两种注射液与双黄连配伍后的不溶性微粒也比配伍前有所增多,但低于双黄连注射液与注射用头孢噻肟钠、盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液配伍后的不溶性微粒数。结论临床上双黄连注射液与这些药物联合应用时,宜分别放在不同输液瓶中,以避免因不溶性微粒数的增加导致不良反应发生率的上升。Objective To observe the changes of insoluble particles of Shuanghuanglian Injection in normal saline after mixed with Cefotaxine Sodium for Injection, Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection, Erythromycin Laetobionate for Injection and Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection in normal saline, Methods Using GWF -5J particle counter , the number of insoluble particles in size ≥5 μm, ≥10 μm, ≥12 μm, ≥20 μm,≥25 μm, ≥50 μm, was counted and compared before and after mixed with four antibiotics mentioned above. Results The insoluble particles in size ≥5μm, ≥10μm, ≥12μm, ≥20μm, ≥25μm, ≥50μm of Shuanghuanglian Injection increased multiplicatively after mixed with Cefotaxine Sodium for Injection and Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection. The insoluble particles also increased after mixed with Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection and Erythromycin Lactobionate for Injection. However, the increase rate was lower in comparison with those mixed with Cefotaxine Sodium for Injection and Levofloxacin Hydrochlofide Injection. Conclusion When administered in combination with these four antibiotics Shuanghuanglian Injection, should be put into separate infusion bottle to avoid the increase of insoluble particles and ADRs.
