乌灵胶囊配合针刺辨证治疗奔豚病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乌灵胶囊配合针刺治疗奔豚病(心虚肝郁型)患者的临床疗效及其对心率变异性(HRV)、心功能变化的影响和作用机理。方法将54例心虚肝郁型奔豚病病人随机分为两组,治疗组33例应用乌灵胶囊配合针刺治疗,对照组21例以口服谷维素及维生素B1治疗,观察1个月后两组的临床症状改善情况及各组对HRV、心脏功能变化的影响。结果治疗组的临床改善情况较对照组为优,治疗组主要指标改善具有显著意义(P<0.01),能明显缓解症状、改善HRV和心功能。结论乌灵胶囊配合针刺对于治疗奔豚病具有显著疗效。Objective To study the effect, the changes of heart rate variability （HRV） and cardiac ruction , the mechanism of Wuling Capsule combined with Acupuncture in treating renal mass disease（ which is caused by heart - blood deficiency and stagnation of liver qi）. Methods 54 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 33 in treated group were treated with Wuling Capsule and Acupuncture , 21 in the control group were treated with oryzanol and vitamin B,. Renal mass disease was observed. The changes of symptom , HRV and cardiac fuction were determined in both groups after one month. Results The treat group was superior to the control group , the changes of major indexes were significant in treat group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. It persists obvious effects on relieving symptom , improving HRV and cardiac function. Conclusion Wuling Capsule combined with acupuncture has significant and curative effect for treating renal mass disease.
