摘 要:作战需求分析是指挥信息系统(C^4ISR)建设的源头和必循之规,为系统建设提供可靠依据和理论支撑,对系统的建设具有至关重要的导向、推动、检验和增益作用。结构化方法是获取作战需求的有效途径;运用结构化方法时,应遵循开发原则和顺序,深刻理解研究对象的相关情况;探讨基于作战体系结构的联合作战兵团指挥控制与作战活动,将对指挥信息系统建设提供作战需求分析的理论支撑。As an important basis for command control communication computing intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (C^4ISR), system construction, the operational requirement analysis (ORA) offers reliable foundation and theoretic support to C^4 ISR system, and has such significant functions as guidance, promotion, inspection and gaining in the construction of C^4ISR system. In this article,the operational architecture is proved as an effective path to obtain the operational requirement, and at the same time, the principle, procedure of the architecture, and related circumstances of the operational requirement are introduced. In addition, some key theories of developing the operational requirement of joint operations army C^4ISR system, such as the method that researches the command & control and operational activities of joint operations based on the operational requirement, are discussed in this article.
