摘　　要：随着我军现代化建设的不断发展，特别是我军装备保障体制由“相对分散型”向“集中统一型”转变之后，装备保障力量亟待进行相应的调整、充实和完善，以尽快形成规模适当、结构合理、功能齐全的组织体系。当前，在战区装备保障力量不能满足应急作战保障需要的情况下，如何解决军队规模不断缩小与保障任务需求相对增大之间的矛盾，已经成为现实的重难点问题。With the development of our modernization construction, especially after the changes from comparatively separation to centralization and unification, equipment support forces needs to adjust, enrich and perfect accordingly, then quickly form system with propriety scale, reasonable structure and complete function. Currently, how to solve the problems between continually decrease of army＇s scale and comparatively enhancement of support missions under the conditions of equipment support forces can＇t meet the demands of contingent operations has become difficult problems.
