摘 要:维修性是一种装备固有的质量特性,有关维修性设计与分析的研究也日益受到军队和国防工业部门的重视。由于维修性自身的特点和理论体系研究的不足,造成该领域存在着诸多的问题。概括起来,主要存在4类九大问题,即理论研究、技术工具、工程使用、人员观念等类问题。在详细分析上述问题的基础上,提出了各类问题的对策与解决方法。最后展望了理论研究问题的统一解决方法——维修性一体化设计的未来研究方式。Maintainability is a kind of inherent quality characteristic of equipment. Army forces and technological industry of national defense have attached increasingly more and more importance to the research on maintainability design and analysis. Due to the characteristics of maintainability itself and the shortcomings of its theoretical research system, there are many problems in this field. In summary, there exist nine problems in four types. They are the theoretical research, the technical tools, the engineering application, and the motion of the person. Based on the detailed analysis of abovemotioned problems, their countermeasures and solutions are given. At last, we expect the intending research method of maintainability integrated design, which is the uniform solution of the theoretical research problems.
