摘  要:本文以惰性气体雾化的FGH96镍基高温合金粉末为原料,采用粉末注射成形(PIM)工艺制备了难以加工的镍基高温合金材料。确定了合适的溶剂脱粘、热脱粘工艺。探索了合适的烧结工艺。结果表明:在合适的烧结工艺(真空1270℃保温2 h烧结)下,试样常压烧结获得了均匀的组织,相对密度达到97.2%,抗拉强度达到1007 MPa,延伸率为5%。Samples of nickel-based superalloy were prepared by powder injection molding(PIM) using FGH96 gas atomized powder as raw material. The suitable solvent-thermal debinding and sintering processes were established. In the sintered samples (sintered at 1 270℃ in vcuum for 2 h at normal pressure) ,homogeneous microstructure was ofsered the relative density was 97. 2%The mechanical properties of the PIM parts at room temperature 1 007 MPa in tensile strength and 5% in elongation.
