地龙汤对豚鼠气道变态反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨地龙汤对动物气道过敏反应的影响。方法:采用组胺喷雾致豚鼠过敏性哮喘法;致敏豚鼠离体气管平滑肌过敏性收缩实验法;抗组胺药实验法进行试验。结果:地龙汤水煎液能使致敏豚鼠离体气管平滑肌过敏性收缩有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01);在抗组胺实验中,对给予组胺后的豚鼠离体气管片有显著的舒张作用(P<0.01)和使肺支气管灌流速度加快,灌流量增加(P<0.01);对喷入组胺致喘的豚鼠,能使其哮喘潜伏期延长(P<0.01)。结论:地龙汤水煎液对气道变态反应性炎症有抗变态反应的作用,对组胺所致过敏性哮喘有阻抗作用。OBJECTITVE To investigate the effect and mechanism of Earthworm decoction on allergic asthma in trachea passageway allergic guinea pigs. METHODS The model guinea pigs in allergic asthma were established with histamine sprayed. The experiment of isolated guinea pig trachea smooth muscle was performed after they were sensitized with ovalbumir RESUITS The decoction could notably inhibit allergic systole of the trachea smooth muscle （P〉0. 01 ）, markedly relax trachea smooth muscle slices （P〈0. 01 ） and increase the pouring volume and velocity in the isolated lung and bronchus by pouring way of lung and bronchus after histamine taken to guinea pigs （P〈0.01 ）, and prolong the incubation period of asthma （P〈0.01 ） while histamine was sprayed and induced the guinea pigs with asthma. CONCLUSION It has been demonstrated that Earth- worm decoction has an effect of antagonism allergy on trachea passageway allergic inflammation , and be an asthmatic antago- nist and be of an antagonism to histamine induced-in asthma. As the agent has a striking relaxation on trachea smooth muscle of guinea pigs in vivo and in vitro.
