摘  要:目的:研究冰片、薄荷醇和月桂氮芯卓酮对水凝胶型小儿退烧微型灌肠剂的直肠黏膜渗透性的影响。方法:制备含多组促渗剂的水凝胶型小儿退烧微型灌肠,采用改良的Franz扩散池,用猪直肠黏膜进行体外促渗作用研究,高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定直肠黏膜给药后指标成分栀子苷的累积渗透量及渗透速率。结果:在多组促渗剂中,以含1%薄荷醇-3%月桂氮卓芯酮组合的促渗剂的促渗效果比较明显,其累积渗透量和渗透速率为2.856mg和0.355mg.h-1。结论:以1%的薄荷醇-3%月桂氮芯卓酮组合的混合促渗剂促渗效果为佳。OBJECTIVE To study the rectum mucous membrane permeation of borneol, menthol and azone for Xiao'er tuire minitype enema gel. METHODS Different gels containing difierent concentrations penetration enhancer were prepared. The flux of Gardenia glycoside from the gel was determined in vitro on excised pig rectum mucous membrane using modified Franz diffusion cells. And the accumulated permeation amount and permeation rate were determined by t-IPLC. RESULTS In Xiao' er tuire minitype enema gels containing different permeation enhancer, the enhancing permeation amount containing 1% menthol combined with 3% azone was obvious, the accumulated permeation amount and permeation rate by 1 % menthol combined with 3% azone were 2. 856 mg and 0. 355 mg·h^-1. CONCLUSION The maximum enhancement in the Xiao'er tuire minitype enema gel was 1 % achieved by using menthol combined with 3% azone.
