摘　　要：介绍集散控制系统(DCS)在CR单体生产线中的应用。DCS主要由数据采集、中央控制室和数据交换体系组成。其软件分为3层,分别用于智能仪表简单控制、系统通讯控制和集中操作监控。系统通讯主要通过OPC服务器进行。实际使用表明,该系统可大大提高生产线的自动化水平和产品质量,并能降低能耗和劳动强度。　The application of distributed control system（DCS） in the production line of neoprene monomer was introduced.DCS consists of data acquisition,control system and data interchange.The software is composed by three levels：simple control of intelligent instrument,data exchange control and monitor of operation.The data exchanged by server of OPC.It was found in the practical service that,by using DCS,the quality of finished products and the automation level were significantly improved,and energy consumption and intensity of labour were reduced.
