摘  要:[目的]研究微米大黄炭对大鼠血小板聚集性及血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)的影响。[方法]将SD大鼠分为空白对照、云南白药和微米大黄炭小、中、大剂量组5组,给药6 d,1次/d,测定大鼠血小板聚集性及TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α的水平。[结果]微米大黄炭能够显著提高血小板聚集性,提高TXB2而下调6-keto-PGF1α的水平,与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中微米大黄炭大剂量组作用优于云南白药组(P<0.05)。[结论]微米大黄炭可能是通过调节TXB26、-keto-PGF1α水平来增强血小板的聚集功能,促进凝血,且作用优于云南白药。[Objective]To study the effects of micron rhubarb charcoal on platelet aggregation and TXB2 .6-keto-PGF1α in rats. [Methods]SD rats were divided into control group, Yunan Baiyao group and micron rhubkrb charcoal high, middle and low dosage group and were treated for six days. The effects of micron rhubarb charcoal on platelet aggregation, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in SD rats were obserred. [Results] Compared with normal group, micron rhubarb charcoal increased platelet aggregation and the level of TXB2, then decreased the level of 6-keto-PGF1α (P 〈0. 05). The effect of high dosage of micron rhubarb charcoal was better than Yunan Baiyao (P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion]The main hemostasia mechanism of micron rhubarb charcoal was to increas platelet aggregation by affecting the level of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α. The effect of hemostasia is better than Yunan Baiyao.
