摘  要:目的探讨抗Thy1.1系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)大鼠肾脏组织氧化与抗氧化系统改变及迷迭香酸(RAD)的干预作用。方法制备兔抗大鼠胸腺细胞免疫血清(ATS),将ATS经尾静脉注射模型组大鼠,诱导其发生MsPGN模型,并以RAD干预。实验设正常对照组、肾炎模型组、单纯RAD组和RAD干预组。利用分光法分别测定肾脏组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果在肾炎模型的肾脏组织中MDA水平升高,SOD减少;RAD干预后MDA水平降低,SOD活性增加。结论氧自由基及其诱发的脂质过氧化在MsPGN起病中起重要作用,而RAD则能抑制肾炎的上述改变,具有抗氧化活性。Objective To investigate the change of oxidation system and antioxidation system in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN) induced by anti - Thyl. 1 antibody, and further to study the intervention of rosmarinic acid ( RAD ). Methods Anti - THyl. 1 serum was produced, and then intravenously injected into rats for establishing an experimental model of MsPGN. The experiment was designed for control with or without RAD, glomerulonephritis with or without RAD, respectively. The activity of superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in tissue homogenate were detected by spectrophotomerty. Results The activity of SOD significantly decreased,while the content of MDA increased in MsPGN. BAD could inhibit oxidation in the mesangial cells. Conclusion Lipid peroxidation participates in MsPGN and BAD can control the changes of the mesangial cells and show the activity of antioxidation.
