摘  要:目的:了解青阳参片中化合物的结构。方法:对青阳参(萝藦科)的乙酸乙酯提取物(即青阳参片)进行酸水解,用柱层析的方法分离水解产物,得到的纯化合物再用光谱方法测定结构。结果:分离得到4个新寡糖,结构被分别测定为:甲基2,6-二去氧-3-O-甲基-β-D-阿拉伯-己吡喃糖基-(1→4)-6-去氧-3-O-甲基-β-D-核-己吡喃糖基-(1→4)-6-去氧-3-O-甲基-α-L-核-己吡喃糖苷(1),甲基6-去氧-1,3-二-O-甲基-β-D-核-己糖基-(1→4)-2,6-二去氧-3-O-甲基-α-D-阿拉伯-己吡喃糖苷(2),甲基2,6-二去氧-3-O-甲基-β-D-阿拉伯-己吡喃糖基-(1→4)-6-去氧-3-O-甲基-α-L-核-己吡喃糖苷(3),和2,6-二去氧-3-O-甲基-β-D-阿拉伯-己吡喃糖基-(1→4)-2,6-二去氧-3-O-甲基-α-D-阿拉伯-己吡喃糖基-(1→4)-2,6-二去氧-3-O-甲基-β-D-来苏-己吡喃糖(4)。结论:青阳参片中的单糖残基为2-去氧己糖,残基间以1→4连接。 Objective:To know the structures of compounds in Qingyangshen Tablets.Methods:The acidic hydrolysis part of the EtOAc extract of Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid (Asclepiadaceae) was separated through column chromatography; the structures of the resulting compounds were determined by spectral methods.Results:Four new carbohydrates were isolated whose structures were determined as methyl 2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-arabino -hexopyranosyl-(1→4)-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-ribo-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-α-L-ribo-hexopyranoside (1),methyl 6-deoxy-1,3-di-O-methyl-β-D-ribo-hexosyl-(1→4)-2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-α-D-arabino-hexopyranoside (2),methyl 2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-arabino-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)-6-deoxy-3-O-methyl-α -L-ribo-hexopyranoside (3),and 2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-arabino-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)-2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-α-D-arabino-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)-2,6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-lyxo-hexopyranose (4),respectively.Conclusion:Sugar residues in Qingyangshen Tablets were 2-deoxy-hexoses between which the linkage was 1→4 linkage.
