海南青牛胆茎水煎剂对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨海南青牛胆茎对大鼠佐剂性关节炎的疗效。方法:建立大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,腹腔注射青牛胆茎水煎剂,观察其对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的体重、踝周径、热致敏时间、继发性关节炎评分、以及继发性关节炎关节病理的影响。结果:海南青牛胆使大鼠体重减轻,继发性关节炎的肿胀显著减轻、继发性关节炎评分下降、热过敏潜伏期显著延长、踝关节的病理变化改善。结论:海南青牛胆茎能明显消除佐剂性关节炎大鼠产生的关节肿胀,缓解疼痛,抑制炎症反应。objective： To study the therapeutic effects of tinospora hainanensis on adjuvant arthritis in rat. Methods： After the model of adjuvant arthritis was made in rat, tinospora hainanensis made from tinospora stem was injected into abdominal cavity of rats, then the changes of weight, circular diameter of ankle joint, time of thermalgesia, grades of the secondary arthritis and pathological influence were observed. Results： Tinospora hainanensis can decrease the weight of sick rats and the swelling of joint, and lower the grades of secondary arthritis, and prolong the time of thermalgesia significantly, and improve the pathological changes of arthritis. Conclusion： Tinospora hainanensis can eliminate joint swelling, alleviate pain and inhibit the reaction of inflammation of adjuvant arthritis in rat.
