摘　　要：目的:探讨Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站在鉴别血尿来源中的应用价值。方法:用Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站检测110例不同来源血尿样本的红细胞。结果:应用Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站检测尿红细胞对肾小球性血尿诊断的敏感性为88.7%,对非肾小球性血尿诊断的敏感性为80.7%。结论:用Diasys R/S2003尿沉渣工作站检测非均一性尿红细胞以诊断肾小球性血尿的敏感性高,可作为鉴别肾小球性与非肾小球性血尿的筛选方法。Objective： To investigate the applied values of Diasys R/S2003 Urinary Sediment Workstation in distinguishing the sources of hematuria. Methods. The Diasys R/S2003 Urinary Sediment Workstation was used to examine the samples of urine sediments from 110 cases of the patients with hematuria. Results： The diagnostic sensitivities were 88. 7% and 80. 7% for the glomerular and non-glomerular hematuria respectively after checking the urine red blood cells by the Diasys R/S2003 Urinary Sediment Workstation. Conclusion： The results show the high sensitivity in diagnosing glomerular hematuria by the Diasys R/S2003 Urine Sediment Workstation, and it can be used as screening method to distinguish the glomerular and non-glomerular hematuria.
