摘　　要：根据交通量与本地区经济发展,经过综合分析,在公路建设中可对交通工程一次设计,分期实施。交通工程分期实施可分为纵向分期、横向分期和按工程项目分期三类。并提出了高等级公路交叉道口、停车场与服务区、通信环保等分期实施方案。According to the volume of traffic flow and demands of economic development in specific area, we may design a traffic project with comprehensive plan but implemented by different stages. The stages of traffic project can be categorized by three kinds, for example, landscape orientation, portrait and project. This article presents the opinions on implementation stages of road crossing, car parking place, service area, communication and environment protection in senior highway.
