摘　　要：目的探讨尿mALB与AAP联合检测在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值。方法对247例糖尿病患者尿液标本进行mALB及AAP检测并比较分析。结果糖尿病患者尿中mALB及AAP测定结果与对照组比较明显升高。结论尿mALB及AAP测定可比较灵敏、特异的反映糖尿病肾病的损伤情况。Objective The study is to evaluate usefulness of mALB and AAP in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Urinary mALB and AAP level were detected in 247casea of diabetic patients.Results Urinary mALB and AAP levels increased significandy in diabetic patients compared with the controls. Conclusion Urinary mALB and AAP may be a sensitive and specific indicator to display the diabetic nephropathy development.
